Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Hollow at eaijkq-cb.myshopify.com and any purchase you make. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

The store

The Hollow sells decorative Halloween pieces: desk charms, lights, and porch props. The operator is Gor Arutiunian, 5 Aghbyur Serob Street, Yerevan 0019, Armenia. Email gorarutiunian@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You confirm the information you give at checkout is accurate.

Products and descriptions

We write listings carefully and photograph the pieces. Colors, scale, and glow can look different on a screen and in a room. Measurements are approximate. A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer until we accept the order by charging you and confirming it.

Items are decorative. They are not certified medical devices, weapons, or toys for children under 3 unless a listing says so. Lights may use batteries or low-voltage LEDs; keep them away from water, open flame, and unsupervised small children.

Orders, price, and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout shows another currency. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after a charge, we refund you.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. You authorize the charge for the items, tax, and shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping and risk

Orders are packed in the United States and leave with tracking. Delivery windows are estimates, not promises. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave, or when the carrier’s records show delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns follow the Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery if the piece is unused and complete. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded as that policy describes.

Intellectual property

The store name, writing, photographs, and layout belong to The Hollow or their licensors. You may not copy the catalog, scrape the site, or reuse our photos to sell the same goods elsewhere.

Acceptable use

You will not:

Use the site for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Interfere with checkout, other customers, or our systems.
Upload malware or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
Use automated tools to overload or copy the store, except ordinary search engines.

Disclaimer

The store and the products are provided as available. Seasonal demand, suppliers, and carriers can delay or limit stock. We do not warrant that a piece will arrive by a holiday date, including October 31, unless we confirm that in writing after you ask.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Hollow and Gor Arutiunian are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the store or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the store, your violation of these terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Yerevan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have additional mandatory rights in your home country that we cannot waive.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The version in force when you first place an order applies to that order.
