The Hollow (“we”, “us”) operates eaijkq-cb.myshopify.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you shop, why we use it, and how to ask us about it. Email gorarutiunian@gmail.com.

Who we are

The store is operated by Gor Arutiunian, 5 Aghbyur Serob Street, Yerevan 0019, Armenia. Orders are processed on Shopify. Packing and outbound shipping are handled through our United States fulfillment partners.

What we collect

Order details: name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone if you give one, items purchased, and payment status.
Account details: if you create a customer account, the email and addresses you save.
Messages: anything you send to gorarutiunian@gmail.com or through a contact form.
Device data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected by Shopify so checkout and fraud checks work.
Cookies: cart contents, session, checkout, and preference cookies. Checkout cannot run without some of these.

We do not see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the card networks.

Why we use it

To take payment, pack the order, and ship it with tracking.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions.
To process returns and refunds.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To understand which pages and products people open, in the aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent the customer list.

Who we share it with

Shopify: the platform that hosts the store, checkout, and customer records.
Payment processors: Shopify Payments and the banks that complete the charge.
Fulfillment and carriers: the US packing partner and the courier need your name, address, phone, and what to ship.
Email: transactional mail is sent through Shopify or our mailbox at gorarutiunian@gmail.com.
Law: we disclose information if a lawful request requires it.

Those partners may process data in the United States, Armenia, the European Economic Area, or other countries where they operate.

Cookies and similar tools

Shopify sets cookies required for the cart, checkout, and login. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. If you block all cookies, you may not be able to complete a purchase.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax, accounting, and fraud rules require — typically several years. Support emails are kept as long as needed to finish the conversation and any return. You can ask us to delete an account; we may retain the order itself if the law says we must.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

See the personal information we hold about you.
Correct it.
Delete it, subject to legal record-keeping.
Export a copy.
Object to or limit certain processing.
Opt out of marketing email. Transactional order mail will still send.

Write to gorarutiunian@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days. California residents may also ask whether we sold or shared personal information; we do not sell it. EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors may lodge a complaint with their local data authority.

Children

The store is for people 18 or older to purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Decorative Halloween pieces are not toys for infants unless a listing says otherwise.

Security

Shopify encrypts checkout. No method of transmission is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the store after that date means you accept the revised policy.
