Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from The Hollow at eaijkq-cb.myshopify.com. Questions: gorarutiunian@gmail.com.

30-day returns

If a piece is not the cute you wanted, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Halloween only works if you like looking at it when you walk past.

What we accept

The item is unused, complete, and in the same condition you received it.
Original packaging is included when it can reasonably be reused.
Lights and battery pieces have not been damaged by water, cutting, or misuse.
You email us the order number, the item, and why it is coming back.

What we do not accept

Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.
Items that are dirty, broken from use, missing parts, or clearly used outdoors and then sent back.
Returns without an order number we can match.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If it arrives broken, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email photos and the order number to gorarutiunian@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the return shipping for that case.

How to start a return

Email gorarutiunian@gmail.com with your order number and the item name.
Wait for a reply with the return address and instructions. Do not ship until we confirm.
Send the parcel with tracking. Keep the receipt until the refund lands.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage unless we say otherwise. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we pay it. We do not refund original outbound shipping unless the return is our fault.

Refunds

We inspect the return after it arrives. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and card networks usually take 5–10 business days to show the credit. We do not offer store credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it.

Cancellations

If the order has not yet been packed, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full, including shipping. Once it has left the fulfillment partner, use the return process above.

Late or missing parcels

If tracking has not moved for an unusually long time, or the carrier marks the parcel delivered and you do not have it, write to us. We will open a carrier inquiry and, if the item is confirmed lost, replace it or refund it.
